Quotes & Orders
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are considered approved once confirmation is received and/or payment is made.
- Changes to an order after approval may result in additional charges and extended production timelines.
Artwork & Proof Approval
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production.
- Artwork size shown in proofs is an approximation; final print size may vary slightly based on garment size and placement.
- Colors may vary between screens and finished products. Unless Pantone colors are specified, stock colors will be used for proofs and production.
- EEVOLVE is not responsible for errors once artwork is approved, including spelling, sizing, placement, or color selections.
- Any reproduction or use of artwork created by EEVOLVE is prohibited without written permission.
- Delays in artwork approval may result in delays to production timelines.

Production & Turnaround Time
- Standard production turnaround is 10 business days.
- During peak or holiday seasons, turnaround times may extend up to 15 business days.
- Production timelines begin once the quote is approved and required payments are received.
- Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. EEVOLVE is not responsible for delays caused by supply chain issues, weather, or events beyond our control.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified on the invoice.
- Deposits may be required prior to production.
- Orders may be delayed if payment is not received by the agreed due date.
- Late payments may be subject to fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may not be canceled once production has started.
- Custom products are non-refundable, unless EEVOLVE determines a manufacturing defect.
- Refunds or reprints will not be issued for customer-supplied errors or approved artwork issues.
Order Issues and Discrepancies
- If you experience an issue with the quality of your decorated goods, please notify EEVOLVE within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims must be made within the stated timeframe. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for verifying that all items are present and correct upon delivery and before distribution.
- Any order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customer‑Supplied Goods
- EEVOLVE is not responsible for defects, inconsistencies, or damages related to customer-supplied garments or products.
- Print and embroidery results may vary on supplied items.
- Any loss or damage will be limited to the value of the blank item only.
Color Accuracy
- Printed and embroidered colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, material type, and production processes.
- Exact color matches are not guaranteed.
- If precise color matching is important, Pantone colors must be provided before production.
Intellectual Property
- Clients confirm they have the legal right to reproduce all artwork, logos, and designs provided.
- EEVOLVE is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from client-supplied materials.
Limitation of Liability
- EEVOLVE’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services provided.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
