SCREEN PRINTING
Plastisol Ink
Plastisol is the most popular style of printing in the industry. It is made of plastic which is where it gets its name. We have 65 stock ink colors to cover any project that comes through our shop. Plastisol will hold color well and is most suited for Pantone matching. Our shop has invested in equipment and developed processes to give you a soft, but still extremely bright print.
Waterbase Ink
If you’re looking for a super soft, breathable print, water-based ink is the way to go. It’s made up of mostly water with added pigment to give it color, and it penetrates the fabric extremely well leaving you with a print with almost no hand to it. Lighter colored garments are a good candidate for this type of ink.
Discharge Ink
Discharge ink is a great option if you want that super soft print on a darker garment. This type of ink uses a bleaching additive that replaces the cotton fabric color with the color of the ink during the printing and curing process. It’s important to wash before wearing a discharge printed shirt because the additive remains in the shirt until it is washed. Once washed, you can truly experience the softness, durability, and comfort of this type of ink.
Specialty Ink
We can add special effects to your shirt using glitter, shimmer, and glow-in-the-dark inks. These types of ink require additional preparation and come with a slight upcharge, but the investment is worth the sparkle. These types of specialty inks are a great choice for spirit wear and cheer squads to add some bling to your design or message!
